Behind Lumina Europa, there isn't a "perfect manual," but rather a lot of hard work, constant adjustments, and quite a few situations where I have to act as a fire chief — sometimes literally, sometimes just metaphorically. Otherwise, I alternate between the role of problem-solver and, occasionally, trouble-maker, especially when things get too complicated or too unclear.
I am interested in products that truly work and how they can be integrated into a simple and efficient routine. I am not a fan of unnecessary complications or exaggerated promises.
